These guys are very honest and are not trying to make a quick buck. Pipline Restoration came out to locate a slab leak at my house. The leak was ruining my wood flooring by causing it to swell. Matt showed up and detected the cause in about fifteen minutes. The positive news is that he determined that it wasn't a slab leak but a problem with my AC condensation line leaking into the house floor. I was so happy and prepared to pay for his time. He reminded me that it is the free leak detection service that I was using so I owed nothing. I was able to repair the cause of the AC condensation leak but I do have to deal with a damaged wood floor. That is my problem which is much smaller than what a slab leak would have costed me. THANK YOU PIPELINE RESTORATION! I will use and start recommending them because of such good and honest service.

Add us to the extremely happy customer list. We were referred to this company by a neighbor. The owner Roy and his son are the most honest and professional business people we have probably ever met. Integrity in business seems a little hard to come by these days. They Have It! Everything was done in 1 & 1/2 days. There was no mess, no holes and the cost was 1/3 of re-piping. The work has a lifetime guarantee. We have never had a slab leak but our home was built in the 60's so we were due. We had several estimates to re-pipe both with copper and Pex. The costs and complexity just did not match up to the benefits. Rodents love to eat Pex. New copper isn't holding up due to the additives in our water, 50 holes in the wall, the whole asbestos mess and huge expense, It was an easy choice to re-line instead. We highly recommend this company. Thank you Pipeline Restoration

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly. The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, "It's in the fine print". While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A "lifetime" repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their "lifetime" product. You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had. *edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.

We had a pipe leak and decided to repipe the house with pex. Chris came out the same day we had the leak, gave us a quote and started the job a few days later. It took the crew one day to complete the repipe and one day to drywall and patch all the holes. Incredible efficiency, professionalism, and quality. Highly recommend!

Two months ago we had a pinhole leak in one of our copper pipes. It ruined one of our closets. The damage was expensive. After doing some research, I found that I could expect future leaks, because of the age of our copper pipes. (Our house was built in 1971.) I researched to find a good company to re-pipe our house. After reading many reviews, I contacted Pipeline Restoration Plumbing. Roy, the owner of the company came to our home, did a walkthrough and gave us an estimate. I was quite surprised how reasonable the estimate was. Roy was wonderful to work with. No hard-sell. We have a large 7,200 sq ft home. He explained there would be lots of holes cut in the inside walls and ceilings, and holes cut outside through the stucco. I asked him if the company was able to repair the holes so that everything will look like it did originally. He said yes. We had a large party scheduled one week after their work began. To be honest, I feared the job would not be completed in time for the party. And if it was completed, the walls would never look the same. Roy told me not to worry. A date was scheduled for the re-piping. Roy had said it probably would take 3 days for the re-piping and two days for the repairs to the walls and ceilings. Well, as it turned out, it took them 2 days to do the re-piping and two days for the repairs. I normally do not do reviews, because most of the time I don't get that great of service. However, Pipeline Restoration Plumbing was INCREDIBLE to work with. Each of the crews were so professional with their work and they were quite friendly. They worked long and hard to get the job done. The office staff I dealt with were great to work with. I want to publicly thank Roy Terry, Audry, Brian, Martine, Nicholas and their crews for their excellent work. If you are thinking about re-piping, make sure you contact this wonderful company. If you want a great job done at a reasonable price, they are the ones to call. Bill Brandom

We had some moisture in one of our bedrooms, and Chris came out to do a free leak detection. He had clear expertise, spent almost an hour at our house, and ran multiple pressure tests on our lines. He even fixed the leaky sprinkler in the back yard for us, just to make sure we weren't getting a false positive (we were!). At the end of the test, he concluded definitively that we don't have a leak in any of our pressurized water lines, charged us nothing, and recommended someone to call next for another free consult. The guy they suggested we call had a similar level of expertise, spent an hour troubleshooting with us, and helped us diagnose the problem. I hope I never have a slab leak that requires pipeline's services, but if I do, I'd call Chris back in a heartbeat.

9/24/2018 I called Pipeline Restoration yesterday. Roy called back and setup an appointment for Chris Gilbert to come this morning. He did a fantastic job, he found where the leak was, and ran a temporary bypass, later Tony came over to re-route a permanent pipeline. They are awesome, I would recommend anyone has slab leaks. I am very satisfy with their works. Thank you Chris & Tony!

Wow- they just finished a whole house re-pipe for our large house in Coto (5,600 square/ 6 bathrooms). Promised 4 days and did it in that time. 2 days running new piping through the walls and ceiling, one day for the County inspector (who commented that they did a good job and cleared the job with the one inspection) and one day with 8 workers patching all the holes and re-texturing the walls so they're ready for paint. The drywall crew finished the day by thoroughly sweeping and mopping up all the dust and debris and then hosed off the driveway before they left. A+++ all around.
